I officially came into real estate in 2004 as a result of having friends and relatives in the business, and hearing their real estate stories amd also having moved around a lot buying different homes. Most of my life I have toured properties for fun and business. Northwest Florida has been my home for most of my life, although, I have also lived in California (first 9 years of my life), New Mexico, Paraguay, South America and Germany. I have a background in foreign language education, and spent many years in academia. I also have a background in customer service and technology consulting.

Kenneth Fach applies the boy scout motto, "BE PREPARED," and the Boy Scout Law in all his professional work. His goal is to provide the best service he can so that the customer will come back to him in the future and refer others to him as well. Kenneth approaches each real estate transaction with a prepared online and offline system to best meet the needs of the consumer. He approaches each consumer with empathy and uses empathy throughout his relationships with the consumers.

Kenneth is focussed on the residential market, especially single family homes, including ranch style homes, which he grew up in, contemporary homes, new developments, and lots in Tallahassee, Leon County, and Gadsden County, Florida. He specializes in single family homes between $160,000 to $300,000, first-time, second-time homebuyers, and relocation buyers.
